Below Dock Control Chain supplied to retract dock level support legs for complete servicing of trailers below dock. Below Dock Control Chain also allows for lowering of leveler without extending lip. Operation

Dockleveler rises when NEMA 4 shielded push-button is pushed and held.
Gravity Lip^® automatically extends as deck section descends into trailer bed.
After loading or uloading is complete, dock attendant pushes button to activate air system and raise dockleveler. Gravity Lip^® falls pendant and dockleveler is stored.
In stored position, dockleveler is fully supported by dock level support legs.
Ramp may be lowered to fully supported below dock level position, without extending lip, to service low trucks in end load situations.

Construction

Unitized, robotically welded ramp with 55 KSI yield deck plate, 50 KSI yield beams, and 55 KSI yield lip.
Self-cleaning lug-style lip hinge with lifetime warranty.
Fully welded, easy-to-clean subframe.
Air bag and fan motor attached to galvanized pan subassembly.
Fixed rear hinge provides 4" of side-to-side tilt without gap at rear hinge.

Working (Service) Range

Six and eight foot long models - 24", from 12" above dock to 12" below. Ten foot long models - 30", from 18" above dock to 12" below.

The Kelley FX dockleveler is backed by the strongest warranties in the industry.

Lifetime lip hinge assembly warranty.
10 year structural warranty based on factory approval of dockleveler application.**
5 year parts and labor warranty on lifting system; air bag, seals, fittings, gaskets, hoses, motor
1 year parts and labor warranty on remaining components.

** Kelley Dock Systems shall provide a written 10-year structural warranty based on the Kelley Dock Systems Application Guide and the following criteria:

Gross weight of forklift and load shall not exceed _________ lbs.
User's operation shall not exceed ____________ full truck loads per 24 hour period over any one dock position.
Lift truck speed shall not be more than 5 mph and dockleveler grade shall be no more than 7%.

This warranty will be provided on manufacturer's published form and will include the following components and parts: ramp assembly, subframe and rear hinge assembly. All parts not included will be covered by Kelley Dock Systems' standard warranty.
